Delivery times depend on the destination. Below, you will find the details of the shipping costs corresponding to each country.
For shipping to the Iberian Peninsula we guarantee a delivery time of 72 hours.
For shipping to the European Union, the period is between 3 and 7 days. For international shipping outside the European Union, it depends on the country but is generally between 4 and 7 days.
All our orders are individually packed in beautiful packaging. They are sent by messenger and must be signed for on delivery.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the tracking number, together with a link to the website where you can check the status of the delivery.
Once you have paid for your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail and another with the tracking number (including a link to the messenger company website). Finally, the transport company will contact you by SMS, e-mail or telephone to tell you the delivery date for your order. If you are out, you will be contacted again to agree a time that suits you.
If delivery is not possible, an attempt will be made to find a safe place to leave the package and you will be left a note explaining where it is.
ANBOLUXA does accept exchanges and returns of items in a maximum period of 14 working days, counted from the date of receipt, to exercise your right of withdrawal (in accordance with art. 44 of the Retail Organisation Act 7/1996, of 15 January, amended by Act 47/2002, of 19 December). The product must be in perfect condition, with all documentation included. After this period, we will not be able to allow returns.
Engraved jewellery items cannot be returned.

When we receive the package you will be notified and the exchange or return will be made,depending on the payment method used, but only if the item is in perfect condition.
Transport costs for the return or exchange will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
ANBOLUXA will accept no responsibility for any loss suffered by the package during shipping and it will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package reaches our facilities in perfect condition.
Unless the return is made because of a fault or defect in the product, costs related to shipping will be paid by the purchaser.
Only if the product delivered is defective or incorrect will ANBOLUXA refund the corresponding shipping costs.
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund by the same method as you used for the purchase.
After the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that the sum will be paid into your account in the 10 days following notification.
